Aggressive Dog Policy

It has become necessary for Camp SitStay to adopt a no aggressive dog policy. An aggressive dog is defined as a dog that shows moderate to extreme aggression towards people or other animals, and also includes animals that are destructive to property due to aggression. Camp SitStay can only accept dogs that can be turned out, handled, and boarded next to others without undue fear of harm to employees or other animals in our care. If you have any concerns about your dog, please discuss this before leaving the facility. Sometimes only certain events cause aggression and we may be able to alleviate a problem before it occurs. We offer short term or day boarding to test for possible problems if there is doubt. You will be asked to pick up your dog if it becomes unmanageable. This policy has been adopted for the safety and welfare of myself, my family, my employees and the animals in my care.
